The firm created this survey to fill the gap between the Level 2 and Level 3 surveys. It is similar to a Building Survey but without photographs, which keeps the cost down. It is more informative than a Homebuyers Report and suits complex, older or poor-condition properties. Reports are aimed for within 3-5 working days of the inspection.
